Hey man, maybe consider the ancient and important history of China , and the old relations beetwen your ethnicities, Roman-han relations , and of corse Marco Polo's book (If you havent read i recomend).Stoicism comes to play here too, not to stress or get bothered by things as they are and tou cant/should not change, choose to feel grateful instead, It is a work of perspective.

I think it is ok if you identify with your white side, chinese is only a quarter. Usually people identify closer to one or the other side, also because of experience etc. I guess you are treated as a white guy usually, you dont probably feel too much chinese, i also doubt chinese would think you are chinese if they saw you, you dont even look half chinese but fully italian. But that being said, i think you dont need to be ashamed of your chinese side either, which you are not, i guess, just saying. chinese are a super humans. i would be proud to be chinese if i were.

1/4 colonial from Seridó, Rio grande do Norte and 1/4 colonial paulista.I have some native (1.5%) .From my mineiro side I have distant Lebanese too 1/16.
