This is not capitalism, this is a market, not even a market economy. Such an element as the “market” is present in any multi-structure economy.

In principle, there is no communism as a developed theory. So criticizing is like fighting a ghost. When a theory will appear and it will be possible to propose and criticize it specifically. So talking about communism is like talking about a spherical horse in a vacuum.
But it is already obvious that all 3 forms of ownership must be present there - state, private and cooperative. The main question, as always, is motivation.

People are plasticine, what society will be like depends on the direction in which these people are directed. In other words, this is a question of ethics.
In fact, there is no so-called human nature. Science knows two mechanisms that control the behavior of living beings and are inherited:
1. Unconditioned reflexes
2. Instincts
Both are rather primitive mechanisms that cannot control complex forms of behavior.
But humans do not have any innate ethics and morality, which are responsible for the meaningful life of Homo sapiens. Therefore, there can be no talk of any human nature, which supposedly prevents the creation of this or that social system.

Private property contradicts living nature in general, and the social primordial essence of man. One simple example is that in Australia, during colonial times, many local Aborigines were executed for theft. However, in the ideas of the Australian aborigines there was no theft, because they could not even imagine what private property was, that something could belong to someone alone and it could not be taken. They had everything in common property.
This is how it should be, especially with regard to natural resources. How can a private owner own our gas, oil, ore, gold, diamonds, nickel and other valuables, are they his own?
Capitalism looked natural and viable until recently - it had not yet taken over the entire planet, it had not conquered all the markets on Earth, it had not exhausted all the Earth’s resources.
But very soon all this will come, then capitalism will turn into fascism and begin to actively reduce the population of the Earth so that the its top/metropolis get more resources.
Spoiler!
