OK, yes. That is correct. Drugs are much more common in Finland than those were 20 - 30 years ago. Unfortunately true. And Sweden has always been ahead of Finland via these kind of ''Big World's trends''). But I'm not sure does this development has much of influence to development of drinking culture. I more like think that these are someway separately matters in big picture. Or only partly linked to each others.
