Not that atypical. I've seen Lebanese women here in Dearborn MI who look like that. Lebanese people and as well as Syrians can be surprisingly "Euro looking".

Literally not at all never seen an Lebanese in my life that looked euro. I’ve seen light or blonde Lebanese people with Middle Eastern foreign af features who don’t look European at all just Middle Easterners with light features
