My opinion is mixed about that phenomenon.

Since most of young Serbian women have left remote rural areas, men in those areas have two options: to remain unmarried singles and their lineage to die out forever, or to bring those Albanian women who get completly assimilated (Serbian language, Orthodox religion), and have children with them.

It is not something that I encourage, but I understand these men.
But not only Albanian, also some Ukrainian and Russian women too, come to merry in Serbia with our men.
