Traffic.... what a ridiculousness.

Don't believe a lot of nonsense, Spain does that as publicity and tourist strategy, it knows that maintaining an idea or a certain topic will keep a certain idea of an exotic country necessary to attract tourism.

In Spain you could fall asleep almost anywhere, it is quiet and boring as any other place, now the popular festivals attract a lot of people, it is cheap leisure and people are eager for entertainment and it is not that they shout but that there are many people, obviously there will be murmur.
