Default Which part of Russia is culturally the most Russian?

I mean which region of Russia has the least foreign influences. There are many Finnic and Turkic tribes, people from Caucasus, Ukrainians. We can also exclude Kaliningrad region since it's the place where Russians came from different regions, same goes for Siberia.

Russian culture have domination and its influence here. So some Jews in that AO are influenced but not Russians. Also we cant to draw a clear boundary between some East European cultures and Russian or some Finnic like Erzya that live in the russian state for centuries.

Erzya, as many smaller tribes being long within borders got assimilated so by assimilation they can't be the most Russian since they assimilated this culture, they didn't come out with it. Regarding East Europe the same, it's Russian influence all over eastern Europe or the same origin of some cultural aspects.

    Makes sense

I would personally change Ryazan for Novgorod, if I remember well Novgorod is the oldest city of Russia. Ryazan seems to be relatively close(for Russian standards) to Tatarstan and Erzya

I study Russology on dailybasis, and according to my wide knowledge there is one great region with Russian culture - Tomsk Oblast ->>> https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tomsk_Oblast
(on the other hand Rumata nominated me to the Russophobia award)

I'd say (it's only a guess) that West and Southwest of Moscow they've got the least non-Russian influence over time (?). like Tver', Smolensk, Kaluga, Tula, Briansk, Oriol
