According to oral family tradition E-FT155550 comes from a deserter of Napoleon's troops (1808-1813) who stayed in Spain and changed his surname.

Canaries in Spain are not seen as North Africans or Berbers, ordinary people are not as specialized in genetics or ethnicities as in this type of forum and sometimes we forget that one thing is a forum and another the real world.
The rest of Spaniards see the canaries as canaries but as they are very far from the peninsula in previous centuries they have not seen canaries in Spain as it happens between the rest of regions that for centuries there have been exchanges of all kinds and we have interacted between us and we have known each other physically but that for centuries has not happened with the canaries so they have been left out of the imagery, of the clichés. In Spain the imagery about the Canary Islands has been developed on the Islands, exotic, beautiful, etc., more than on the human factor of the native Canarian inhabitant due to the fact that there has not been such a prompt and easy interaction as could be given between peninsular Spaniards from one region to another.
The Society
San Cristóbal de La Laguna in 1842.
Canarian society at this time had the characteristics of European societies: the majority of peasants, generally without land, privileges for the noble and ecclesiastical elites, the existence of a large number of regular clergy and the existence of slaves.
The nobility was represented by the descendants of the leaders of the conquest.
The bourgeoisie, made up mainly of foreigners settled in the Canary Islands
Peasants. They represented more than eighty percent of the population. They presented differences in their relationship with the land they worked on (medianeros, day laborers). Their living situation was characterized by uncertainty in the face of bad harvests, famine, epidemics, etc.
Craftsmen. Their number was reduced given the scarce weight of manufacturing in the Canary Islands and the tendency to self-sufficiency of the population. Some specialized activities, such as coopers, blacksmiths, carpenters, etc., were the most common. They tended to live in the urban centers.
Marginal population. This group usually included dishonorable professions such as executioners, butchers and midwives, as well as vagrants and beggars, whose number increased or decreased depending on the economic situation.
Slaves. Their importance was great. They were destined to agricultural activities or domestic service. Their origin was Africa (blacks).
As can be seen, the only ones who were able to travel to Spain must have been the nobility or the bourgeoisie, who would not be very representative of the native Canary Islanders, nor would they be visible to the common Spanish populations due to their status, so there has been no possibility in Spain for the native Canary Islanders to enter the imagery of the Spaniards once the unity of Spain was forged: clichés, jokes, praise, good or bad fame, admiration, etc. among the citizens of the different regions of Spain.
And this is where some "Spaniards" have failed when they have tried to reflect situations and clichés among Spaniards that are very old and reflect them in Andalusia and the Canary Islands at the same time, which is not the case and which the authentic Spaniards know but not the "Spaniards with gaps" and which is explained above perfectly. So I'm sorry, but it doesn't work.

The ones that worry me more are Subsaharan Africans and Northern Africans/Muslim immigrants. The worst of the worst.
I hope white and mestizo Latin American immigrants (not that I am in favor of mestizo Latin American immigration to Spain) and other European immigrants added up together, are much more than them.

Los españoles en general no quisieran ningún tipo de inmigrantes en España, han sido los políticos los que los han metido aquí, pero si fuese por la población no habrían inmigrantes.

You serious?? I wish. I am tiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiired of seeing Moroccan immigrants in Spain in media claiming they are as Spanish as Spanish people, stop racism and blablabla.
And these are Moroccans in Morocco
En Marruecos, protestar con la bandera de España te conduce a la cárcel
El país ha expedido su primera condena por "ultraje a la bandera nacional marroquí" al sacar la enseña española durante una manifestación, un fenómeno cada vez más frecuente

and 1000 times
No comment the fact that Moroccans go mad to achieve the Spanish nationality and citizenship. They prefer to be Spanish even if only in papers

are you blind ? They are going to burn the flag lol
and stop talking about "racism", moroccans are already native of Iberia they don't need to receive any confirmation by anyone.
Listen to spanish scholars :
J. Martinez-Laso et al, GENETIC AND HISTORICAL RELATIONSHIPS AMONG MEDITERRANEANSAlso, Algerians, Portuguese and Basques show that they are more related to one another than to other Europeans. It is remarkable that Iberians and Algerians cluster together with relatively high bootstraps, particularly in the case of Portuguese and Basques. This supports the conclusion that Iberians and Algerians are more closely related to each other than to other Europeans.
I invite all sudacas and panchitos to save all the quotes and good stuff I post about iberians. .
