Anyone know a way I can download it? The google drive link doesn’t work as you need to request permission and the other link is broke.

you can find it in the AdmixtureStudio files, first run a calculator, for example Eurogenes K13, and then check in AdmixtureStudioV250\Calculators\EUROGENES_K13

I found "DIYdodecadWin.exe" but I don't have any of the other files required, when I try to use the standardize command in R I just get an error.

Yeah I am. I don 't even get to the raw data bit. It's the standardisation of R which fails for me.

all the files you are working on should be in your r working directory (probably the "Documents" folder)
you have to either move stadnardize.r to the directory, or change the working directory to the folder standardize.r is in (Session > Set Working directory)

It still does not work. I will reinstall everything and try again tomorrow, must have made a wrong step somewhere. Off topic but do you know how I can get advanced settings like you have here on admixstudio so the par and such can be altered? https://www.theapricity.com/forum/sh...=1#post6229308

maybe it was removed from admixtureStudio. this was a part of the free version back then.

Realised my problem I do not have the “standardise r” file which comes with diy Dodecad 2.1 download, only the exe file from admix studio. So if anyone has a way to share me the download of the program I would appreciate it.
