Is Russia preparing to invade Ukraine?

This is being parroted in western media outlets lately but I don't think anyone is really paying attention. Russia says it has no plans to invade and yet the US has threatened sanctions on an unprecedented scale if it does, so what is going on?

Heh, I remember stumbling across a conspiracist youtube video when the pandemic started. The person was adamant that they're getting the west prepared for a nuclear war against Russia

Well It's ironic it's being discussed lately in the news but Putin says they have no plans to invade..even Boris Johnson issued a direct threat to Putin a day ago. Just google Russia invade Ukraine.

I know, but to connect the pandemic to a nuclear war is fucking insane.

Im not denying an invasion could happen although I consider it unlikely. Russia got shit for invading Crimea-taking the whole of Ukraine would mean economic oblivion.

I don't know about economic oblivion. Just because Russia invades Ukraine and overthrows the government does mean they have to stay there and be responsible for the people and their economy. Putin could peel off the eastern Russian-speaking part of Ukraine and make it part of Russia, and he could put a puppet government in charge of the rest and leave.

Not really. Putin said he has no plans to invade. The west is making a mountain out of a molehill on purpose since Putin isn't a globalist. Do you know that it's been US policy going back to George Bush Senior and continued by Obama that the US reserves the first nuclear strike against Russia?

I know Putin is very Nationalist, and against globalism. That's why I said what I said. An invasion to Ukraine would stop the expansion of globalism to the Russian backyard.

Anything that works against the Soros and Co. agenda for the world, is great news for me.
