Well, it's far more likely that the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) is amplifying disinformation propaganda that is targeted at both sides in the West, liberals and conservatives. This the oldest communist strategy in the book. Destabilisation by fanning internal conflict.

They don't care which side wins, only that everyone is upset and stops trusting each other, the media, and the government. Russia for instance has a track record of doing so by fomenting racial tensions in America.

Soviet Union had nearly a century long history of supporting whatever movements are going to sow discontent in the US and most notably reduce internal support for interventionism (it goes back to the Anti-War movements in the 1960's-1970's and many other movements).

Here is a famous Soviet propaganda effort from 1930's that will be very familiar to anyone looking at their rhetoric today.

These efforts are often not "right" or "left wing", but use both sides to sow discontent and polarisation. Russia was found pushing events on all sides of these issues, from BLM to Patriot/gun rights movements to explicitly white nationalist groups.



Russia has a longer history of targeting Western audiences with its propaganda, and RT provides a good idea of their talking points (that are again, more identifiably conspiratorial/anti-intervention than they are "left or right").

Russia doesn't care about capitalism or US tax policy, and anyone who knows anything about China would laugh at the idea of the CCP being worried about American black people's civil rights as issues in and of themselves. After all, what does it cost to send someone dressed up as BLM protesters and spread misinformation of both sides on Twitter?

Anyone who studies groups on the far-left knows that the far-left is notorious for being opinionated and divided to the point of pedantry. No Proudhon nerd is going to be on board with Mao.

China's form of government is highly authoritarian, in other words the complete opposite of what anyone ANTIFA would support. But they serve as useful idiots to weaken the West.

Xi ping is just a chinese nationalists or patriot. not on these weird identity politics like the US so much. Hes really just a nationalists but born into a the peoples republic system. Everything he does is for the people republic of china. Not for brown and non whites. Not for the lgbtq people. Not for muslims, hes actually atheists probably. Not for white supremacists. Hes inclusive for all ethnic groups of china but not so much for outsiders as much.
Outsiders in practice cant really be chinese citizens. Even children born to one chinese parent and one foreigner face lots of issues dealing with trying to get into school and other kinds of things dealing with administration
