Yeah honestly if you made her darker I would believe she was Arab.

Or she could be Jewish

I knew a Palestinian like her. Also saw an Afghan like her in a video. Both were much darker but similar features

She is from South Germany so it's possible that she's fully german

That being said she's atypical in the south too

I think she is probably mixed, not necessarily on parents level, it can be further back.

She looks mixed to me (that's what I'd guess), but obviously can be part German too. I've seen though some very odd (even Taurid) looking South Germans.

She's dinarid-alpinid. She can have non-German ancestry, as this is possible for whatever German, but there is no indication for assuming that she has notable non-German ancestry.

She only gets questioned, because there are so many foreigners in Germany today. Nobody would have questioned her being German 70 years ago.
