What do you dislike the most about your own nation?

In any sector: mentality/culture, work, state organization, food&beverage, art, architecture.

Mentality: Bad morale
Culture: Croatian film sucks
Working culture: good jobs are hard to get without connections and there isn't much trust put into younger people and their potential (unlike in west).
state organization: too many employed in public sector, too many small counties and towns that are not sustainable financially
food&beverage: great foods and drinks here, but I dislike custom when you are guest at somebody and they give you way too much food that you can eat and it's not polite not to eat it all
art: croatian art is excellent. i have no complains
architecture: modern (post communist) buildings here are disgusting, simple and soulless. they look so boring and uninspiring, but it's like that globally. i hate modern minimalist, glass heavy shit architecture

I'll use Stearsolina's template here.

Mentality: The desire of a significant part of the people to orient themselves towards the West, instead of developing the country according to the Russian concept. Most of the problems here, in fact, follow from this.

Culture: There are good films, and there are many of them, but a significant percentage are affected by the Hollywood virus and promote "modern" values.
Working culture: For a mere mortal, there are only 2 ways - IT and the army / police. Everything else either requires strong connections, or a concentration camp, or is poorly paid. Now the situation in science and the defense industry is slowly improving though.
Plus, the old cadres do not want to give up their jobs and teach young people.
state organization: All the money is distributed by Moscow, so there are enough "depressed" regions with underfunding.
food&beverage: I'm not complaining.
art: Russian art is very strong, where it has not undergone globalization and Americanization.
architecture: I am also not a fan of modern architecture, this is often shit without minimal decoration - excellent savings on design and construction.
But something else is worse - modern buildings are often devoid of any quarterly planning, and houses are simply built haphazardly.

I hate the fact that our selected resident (not elected president) totally lacks both character and competence. He's like Pinocchio in more ways than one because he's a liar, even when his puppet masters don't speak through his 60 IQ mouth. The woke mob destroyed our culture, as well as our entertainment. They're the reverse King Midas because they always turn gold into poop.

The worst thing is the German character of wanting to lie at the feet of others and no longer having any pride.

Also unattractive is the ignorant complacency that exists despite the greatest disaster.

Finally, the high degree of required conformism and the low tolerance of dissenting opinions is unattractive.

All this concerns mentality. Other things are of less importance, but as for following Stearsolina's template:

Culture: Somewhat fantasyless films and all is interspersed with pc propaganda.
Working culture: No complaint.
State organization: Administration: No complaint. But for the system of the current democracy, which is a catastrophe. Still wonder who had such a shortsighted idea, that every adult equally should have one vote, which inevitavble puts the level of elections to sub-zero.
Food & beverage: No complaint.
Art: Not the best, but no complaint.
Architecture: Could be improved, but no complaint.
