So what? He is not an extraordinary/isolated case. Venezuela received nearly 1 million of European immigrants (mostly Spaniards, Italians and Portuguese, and to a less extent Germans, followed by other European nationalities). There are hundreds of thousands of white Venezuelans who are children or grandchildren of Spanish, Italian or Portuguese immigrants.

Is not like if we were talking of an extraordinary case of somebody born in a country with zero European immigration like lets say Tahiti or Senegal, whose parents are some Basques that were in there passing by just by chance, lol
