Accidentally stumbled upon a curious, but little-known "thinker", he can be considered the predecessor of the "icon" of Western liberal thought Karl Popper. The first fanned anti-Soviet hysteria in the early 20s of the last century and long before the Nazis introduced the concept of "subhuman", and the second, 20 years later, laid the philosophical foundation of the Cold War, which, it should be noted, continues on the same basis, but against Russia. In it, the word "subhuman" is used in the context of the October revolution of 1917 in Russia, and it itself is called "the rebellion of the subhuman" and "the loaded gun of an organized uprising against civilization." About a third of the text is devoted directly to criticism of the revolution, the rest is devoted to eugenics and related topics, as well as attacks on syndicalism. The word “Bolshevik” is used 124 times, “Russia”, “Russian”, “Russians” - 150 times. He will define the Russians as a "backward" people (benighted Russians). In general, the little book is militant and provocative, encouraging aggressive action. In fact, it is identical to Karl Popper's book The Open Society and Its Enemies (1945), only the forms differ. We can say that the English American Stoddard inspired the German leaders of the Third Reich to invade the USSR and genocide the Russian people, and his Jewish follower Popper philosophically substantiated the second wave of Western aggression - the outbreak of the Cold War. Which continues to this day, with the aim of "the final solution of the Russian question."

For a smart person, it is enough for not to trust "partners" from the West and not kiss with them for the foreseeable future. This is their dogma and guide to action for centuries.

According to Stoddard's logic, the desire of the oppressed class in the capitalist system for social justice, for giving workers more rights, for limiting the lawlessness of big business, and finally for shifting this unjust system towards socialism and satisfying the interests of the people is something "subhuman." Finding a person with such views on the same team with the "socialist" Margaret Sanger is impossible to imagine. But political prostitution is ubiquitous. Here's an example.
