O Bandullo galego é unha sobremesa tradicional de Galiza. Prepárase con sobras de pan, ovos e froitos secos. Aínda que hoxe en día non é tan popular, os aromas do Bandullo traen moitos recordos de festas, celebracións e momentos en familia. Ideal para Nadal con Pan de Ousá.



O Apalpador, axudado polos trubincos, reparte castañas e anacos de bandullo mentres o tizón de Nadal comeza a arder.
