Estonians are probably blonder than Brits but what would that mean exactly ? Does blonde hair make Estonians magical and give them super powers over the British ? Amerimutts have no identity so they focus on hair and eye color.

Amerimutts : We wuz Anglo-Saxons and shieeet motherfuckers can't even pass in Europe :

About 20% for Scotland and 25% for England, excluding light and medium brown shades...

Blonde hair is pretty common in England, Scotland and the rest of the British Isles. A blonde person definitely doesn’t stand out. As with the rest of Northwestern Europe, blonde hair is most common where Germanic ancestry is strongest. This is not to say that there aren’t any blondes among Celts, sure there are in Wales, Western Scotland or Ireland. However it is most common where Anglo-Saxon and Danish blood’s strongest. As a result England is as a whole the blondest country of the British Isles, followed by Scotland. In England and Scotland, most of the blonde hair is on the golden side of the scale. Although there are quite a few ash blondes among the English. The blondest parts of England and Scotland are generally is in the east. The eastern parts of England and Scotland are comparable in blondness in Northern European lands. Blonde hair ( mostly golden, but also ashen and reddish) in England runs a usual 25% - 40% frequency. Counties running below 25% are either in south or west.

It also really depends on the definition of what blonde hair. Blond hair in my definition has a spectrum going from the platinum-like tone to a very dark blonde shade. This is why for England the range is 25% to 40% and for Scotland it’s 19.0% to 33.3% range depending on the county. In my survey for England, Cornwall isn’t the darkest either.

Yes, there is a survey. Most of England is 30% to 40% blond-haired ( ash blond, flaxen, dirty blond, golden blond, honey blond, platinum blond, sandy blond, strawberry blond, dark blond, blondish brown shades)

It gave an overall hair colour distribution of 57% brown, 35% blond and 8% red. The survey went contrary to what Coon’s statement. The Cornish weren’t the darkest, but still were below the England’s overall average for blond and red hair. This makes England the blondest-haired of the British Isles countries. However, still less blond than Scandinavian countries where at least 50% of the population is blond. England is more comparable in blondness to Northern Germany ( 42% ), the Netherlands ( 41% ), Northern Poland ( 30% +)
