That’s the most typical porteńo range, they are a sort of “south - African boers” in the sense to have a residual non European but mostly Amerindian instead of bantu/Indian/malay/native from Timor, etc, and the european is mainly Italian and Spanish with some other minorities instead of dutch, French huguenot, etc.
But the residual doesn’t come from foreigners but due to the mix between immigrants and people of colonial stock.
We must remember that before 1860 when started the massive immigration there were in the country 1.700.000 inhabitants mainly with Iberian and native genetics.
Talking about the recent immigrants from neighboring countries only Paraguayans married in good numbers with argies (Uruguay/Argentina like my parents was also a common marriage but Uruguayan were/are not that match here although the country is in front of here), but bolivians and other andeans doesn’t marry with local people too much.
