I voted for Buenos Aires because the Euro is more evenly dispersed throughout the population, even if not everyone is Euro passing.

It has less than 20% of 99/100 but a LOT of +85%… probably more than 45% are +85 to 98%.
That’s the most typical porteńo range, they are a sort of “south - African boers” in the sense to have a residual non European but mostly Amerindian instead of bantu/Indian/malay/native from Timor, etc, and the european is mainly Italian and Spanish with some other minorities instead of dutch, French huguenot, etc.
But the residual doesn’t come from foreigners but due to the mix between immigrants and people of colonial stock.
We must remember that before 1860 when started the massive immigration there were in the country 1.700.000 inhabitants mainly with Iberian and native genetics.
Talking about the recent immigrants from neighboring countries only Paraguayans married in good numbers with argies (Uruguay/Argentina like my parents was also a common marriage but Uruguayan were/are not that much here although the country is in front of here), but bolivians and other andeans doesn’t marry with local people too much.

You have some admixture, but its little and you plot within the range of a normal Spaniard. Those small mixes do not influence much....

I always thought white Latinos and Boers were a similar case, genetically speaking. Interesting you bring that up actually.

    Absolutely agree, friend!!
It’s really interesting that similarity euro/extra euro among boers and people from the River Plate.
Except for the different ethnicities which blended in the admix it’s very interesting parallel.

Don't take pity on your city if humdrum saves an eardrum.
