Jews have been migrating back and forth from Germany and eastern Europe for many centuries. When there is a rise in pogroms and antisemitic policies in one region they moved to greener pastures in the other, as they should have done.

England killed or expelled all of its Jews in year 1290.

The Jewish law forbids Jews to practice usury on their fellow Jew, so why should we allow ourselves to be molched by them? Deuteronomy 15:2-6 says:

Any Jew who remained after 1 November 1290 (All Saints Day) was liable to be executed.

People naturally move from one place to another without massacring the natives. The Arabians peacefully moved from their homeland in Arabia across what is now the "Arab world" and mixed with the natives while assimilating them into their own culture. No genocide occurred.

This whole idea of of total annihilation of natives and racial conflict is a mostly European idea.

Germany’s antisemitism historically seemed closer in intensity to eastern Europe than western Europe despite being firmly western/northern in terms of culture.

Polish were by far the most friendly toward the Jews of all the Europeans aside from maybe Italians and some other southern Euros. But southern Europe had way fewer Jews than Poland so its all the more remarkable in the context of Europe.

Eastern European places like Poland probably became a center of European Jewry because Jews were expelled from Southern / Western Europe earlier.
Jews were banned from living in England, France, Iberia and Southern Italy for centuries.

I think Iberia had high number of Jews before they were expelled, but I couldn't find statistics.
