By the way, I don't find the idea of being surrounded by blacks attractive. It's rather scary. Africans are to different for my taste. And Nigeria = Boko Haram. Isn't there any other possibility?

Not quite, they do eventually infect other people who are vulnerable to the virus despite vaccinated like Colin Powell. And most leave kids behind that will be dependent on government help. They are like drunk drivers who kill themselves but also innocent others.
