3. Maybe some Wall Street Banker or CEO. I don't know

Personally I'd prefer Peron or even pre-1938 Mussolini to Franco - less fanatical and more rationalist.

For me number 4 but I don't want ban homosexuality and prostitution. I only don't support LGTB movement, don't promote homosexuality, prostitution and race mixing.

Interestingly, I can think of two key examples both involving Franco and the Hispanic Caribbean where ethnicity trumped ideology:

(1) Despite being sympathetic towards Franco and having policies not that much different to him, Trujillo nevertheless allowed a number of Spanish refugees to settle in the DR. In other words, allowing in even lots of very left-wing Spaniards was a small price to pay in order to 'whiten' the country.
(2) Franco himself became the first Western leader to establish full diplomatic and economic relations with Castro's Cuba, in part out of mutual realpolitik but also because Franco saw elements of himself in Castro: basically, a Galician patriot who did what had to be done in order to overthrow a corrupt and decadent regime.

The White Nationalist 'alt-right' can be 2 or 4. Jared Taylor types more 4, Richard Spencer types more 2.

Type (4) to me is very distinctly Anglo-American (albeit with some counterparts elsewhere, e.g. AfD), whereas type (2) is, as I said, almost like a modernised version of European/Latin fascism.
