I will eat prasetina, piglet meat, but in Voivodina/Banat common is also a cock, roasted in oven as a whole. I did that too as kid in Voivodina but in Austria I do as the bosnians, a piglet, in Voivodina piglet is rather on New Years Eve, and cock roasted as a whole is common for Christmas. I would like to go to Church on Christmas Eve but if I dont I will ask friends, to take a badnjak for us too and bring it to us, then we will set the badnjak on fire, in the Church they give out Badnjaks.

Yes, today on Badnji Dan, the day before Christmas, we are fasting. Today we eat food witout meat, milk and egg products.

More religious people fast entire Christmas fast, that started on 28th November and will finish tommorow, on Christmas.
