Which actress from "Death Becomes Her" do you prefer in general: Meryl Streep or Goldie Hawn?

I don't know what it is about Goldie Hawn, but I never found her attractive. There used to be a lot of '70s films on telly, in the '80s, so I got to see her a fair bit. I just didn't get the hype. She wasn't particularly captivating or funny.

Meryl Streep has a kind of disciplinarian/icy look to her ... she'd be "a challenging wank" (as the late Sean Locke coined the phrase), but still, better than Goldie, imo.

God that film's hideously overrated!

I'd say Magnolia, American Beauty, Mulholland Drive, Lost Highways, LA Confidential, The Matrix are all better films, from the decade since Shawshank.
