Don't worry, China is peaceful, it wants to put an end to the degeneration of the USA.

The surveillance ball is there to defend traditional morality.

It does not constitute any provocation, rather it is the USA that provokes being under the surveillance ballon.

It's probably really a surveillance ballon of the USA itself, China wouldn't do anything that stupid.
