Russians, The Superior Slavic ethnic Group?

I have heard Russian nationalists claiming they are the higher Slavic nomenclature, but i've also heard this from outsiders, like westerners for example.
With respect to all slavic Ethnic Groups, i would like to know ur opinions on this idea.
Opinion of other Slaves is higly appreciated.

And indeed, Russians are the only slavs to have created a huge long lasting empire, with unique culture, a unique civilization spamming in all of Eurasia.
