I mean yeah it’s not out of the real of possibilities, I have family members who went to Egypt and were confused as one of them by the locals because they’re skin color, it’s just that many people from everywhere in Latin America resemble brown people from other countries, I’ve gotten confused for Pakistani, Filipino or Indian depending how face is looking lol
Besides I don’t think your average Central American has a lot of middle eastern blood, it’s usually not higher then 10-5% so it’s just a mixture of Spanish and local Amerindian features at play
