Are you conflating psychology with psychiatry ? Anyway, psychology is a social science so it is a scam compared to say physics to a certain extent but nothing is black and white. There is so much fiction in modern social science and so much social science in modern fiction it is sometimes hard to keep them apart you can't say that about the king of all science physics. So, the New York Yankees is physics and the little leagues is psychology.

As far as psychiatry is concerned about 99.9% of psych diagnoses are fake diseases and the real ones such as Alzheimers don't even belong in the DSM to begin with but should belong to a seperate branch of medicine.
