Some people would laugh at this, having in their mind exotic Spaniards, without realizing/knowing those exotic Spaniards they have in mind are outliers, not the Spanish average.

I saw him at Scottish dentist association congress in Paris. He maybe examines Spanish teeth, because Scots tend to have yellow teeth.
