My daughter and I are back in Texas.
I agree that the politics are very corrupt in Denver. The poverty rate is on the rise.
I miss the scenery and climate though, and I really miss being able to hike every weekend. I can’t do that in Houston.
My goal is to eventually move my daughter and I back to Colorado but somewhere like Rifle. It’s smaller and more conservative.

I love everything about Texas except the weather and scenery lol.
I feel my best when I’m able to be active outside and hike. I would hike mountain trails in Colorado.
The closest Mountain range we have in Texas is in Big Bend National Park and it’s a 9 hour drive from me. :/
