But on GEDmatch they are rare (maybe they can't afford buying DNA tests - in general Latam Natives are rare on GEDmatch).

Really? I don't think that 35% in Ecuador are genetically 100% Amerindian. Maybe >85%.

I think most “mestizos” in Peru are predominantly indigenous but the percentage of people who actually live in indigenous communities in Peru isn’t as high as some people think it is. This isn’t to downplay Peru Amerindian heritage but there’s some misconceptions about Peru on these posts that fuels this stereotype that we’re all self hating lol

Cool,but they are rare . in 1600-1700 many Tribal leaders in Mexico were balanced mestizos. Some mestizos were obsorbed in Mexican amerindian communities.

Exagerated i will give you example Jalisco. It claims to be around 6% amerindian lmaoooo.that would be over 500,000 amerindians in jalisco

in reality their is less than 90,000 amerindians in Jalisco. I been to Jalisco so many times and i only seen one amerindian and it was in a bus station
