I knew that there are a lot of Chinese in Serbia, there are these little Chinese shops everywhere, so I assume a few or more have already assimilated. They speak fluent Serbian.

No, that guy lives in Bosnia and his girlfriend is Bosnian muslim, not a Serb. Very surprising you aren't able to distinguish Bosnian accent from Serbian.
