Modern Global Population Calculator (K13)

Since lately many new averages were added to K13 spreadsheet I thought I would do a brand new genetic regional calculator that expands to the whole globe. I learned from some of my previous calculators and this time I tried to have genetic regions that differ from each other at least by a 5 distance, thus there are larger regions that are so similar that I didn't create a specific group for each of them but only one (see Northwest European), while in the same time some regions have quite distant neighboring people, so I used their names in brackets (see Volga-Uralic). I highly recommend to use either ADC 0.25X or 0.5X for best results, don't use default results! This calculator won't tell you what exact regional background you have, but it's an approximation to which regional groups are you the closest and in what percentage. Enjoy!

It is kind of sloppy to have two Northwest Europeans and two Scandinavians.

I used two population averages for regions that had two very similar populations which can be representative to that region, thinking this way they will cover an even broader spectrum of that given region. I could be wrong and if my reasoning is erroneous and produces worse results, I will delete one of them.

But couldn't you given each one a unique name? I am sure the co-ordinates come from different countries (e.g. Norway and Sweden). You could have used the country names instead of using the region of Europe twice.

If you read my OP I specify that I only gave own name to populations which are distant to their neighbors within their region, for example Volga-Uralic region has many neighboring populations that differ from one another quite a lot. The example you provided, both Norway and that Swedish region are very similar to each other, hence no reason to specify them. They are representative proxies to Scandinavia, since this is a genetic regional calculator, not an ethnic one, for that you can use the default K13 updated spreadsheet. This calculator's purpose is to give someone the broader picture. All ethnic averages serve as proxies for the regional averages, the emphasis here are on the regions, that's why I only put into the spoiler category.
