If you read my OP I specify that I only gave own name to populations which are distant to their neighbors within their region, for example Volga-Uralic region has many neighboring populations that differ from one another quite a lot. The example you provided, both Norway and that Swedish region are very similar to each other, hence no reason to specify them. They are representative proxies to Scandinavia, since this is a genetic regional calculator, not an ethnic one, for that you can use the default K13 updated spreadsheet. This calculator's purpose is to give someone the broader picture. All ethnic averages serve as proxies for the regional averages, the emphasis here are on the regions, that's why I only put into the spoiler category.

Each co-ordinate should have a unique label. Using the same label for more than one co-ordinate does not make any sense.

The reason I am not pleased is that you reuse labels instead of creating a unique label for each set of co-ordinates.

K13 gives me very Scandinavian results whereas K15 works better in my case (not for everyone). My distances are a bit high (see CDG's results as a comparison).
