Facial features seem more western at least in this link, east Germany is not as focused on this forum as Poland or Hungary so i have not seen that many threads on the matter, i still would think that they look quite different to the Dutch though.

they are more robust than Russians, especially the women but they have that Baltic thing going on in the eye area, Dutch seem to look much more British.
