Not just Antioquia, many departments in Colombia have a similar ethnic breakdown.

Really? I thought that the conquistadors and various migrants mixed with the natives en masse. Interesting. But compared to most of Latin America Peru is VERY Indian. I think that Peru was one of the most popular destinations for Spaniards to migrate to. Whatever the case, Peru looks like an Indian reservation compared to Argentina, Uruguay, Cuba, South/Southeast Brazil and Vitacura and Lo Barnechea, regions with many pure whites.

I saw a few genetic studies, and even the Santander region is significantly less white than Antioquia. The average ancestry might be similar, but whites have a MUCH lower representation in the Santanders.

Costa Rica could also be included on that list imo. Some sources says that they have around 65% of Euro population.

Only the Central Valley reach +60/65%.
The country as whole has 56/59%.

So, Costa Rica is on pair with Paraguay, Colombia and Venezuela.

No, they are mostly mestizo, harnizo and castizo. They are white compared to other central American populations. Their definition of white is comparable to that of Chile, where the bar is low due to indigenous ancestry being easier to bleach.

There are a good % of castizos, yes, but very low % of proper criollos.
I think in Colombia and Venezuela there are more.
CR is quite more homogeneous than those cases.

CR is not comparable at all with Uruguay / Argentina.
