Are The Jews really obsessed with fecal matter?

I haven't read anything in the old testament that would suggest such a thing, but I do know most Jews talk about their bowels frequently. They are noted to have bowel issues such as Chron's disease and ulcerative colitis. I wonder if that's why they may seem to have an unusual fecal obsession. Given the nature of inbreeding, it's possible that they have an intolerance to certain foods as well and this causes their neurotic nature. Sigmund Freud was not interested in feces, but he was interested in the rectum , and he considered it a subconscious sexual nature. I don't think that he was normal though or typical of your average Jew. I think Jews that talk about their colon issues do so because by nature Jews like to complain, but they aren't necessarily into scat.
