Default Why is haplogroup I2 so prevalent in Belarus?

Did they receive some additional migration from the Southwestern direction?

No, the opposite was migration. In the Western Balkans happened population bottleneck during early middle ages which caused founder effect, while late medieval and later migrations caused further founder effects. In some parts 70-80% of I-CTS10228 is represented only by a single clade (I-PH908). In other words - lack of clade diversity there shows it's a product of some immigration from other part of Europe and that's Eastern Europe where is higher both clade diversity and homeland of ancestral clades to I-PH908.

How do you explain Dys448=20 being present in greece and albania with tmrca that predates slavic migration ny hundreds of years? Dys448=19 does look slavic migration though, it is younger and dominates in south slavic regions

Earlier i imagined Belarussians identical as Russians from Russia. Some period i followed Belarussian TV, and i my impression is they are on average taller and little darker than Russians from Russia and also they have more CM and Dinarid influence than Russian Russians. Must be due to higher I2.

I don't know about those things but Belorussians are sure not darker than Southern Russians and Eastern Ukrainians. And of course they have fewer Uralic type faces that are common in Russia. But in Belarus not everyone is 100% local, quite a few people have ancestry from Russia and Ukraine from the last 100 years, regardless of their personal self-identification.
