Don't know much about the other states you mentioned. But Tachira and the Tachirenses are just Colombians stuck in Venezuela. People from Tachira clearly look Colombians .

Most of the Venezuelan Andes are mostly mestizo/harnizo/castizo/white, like Tachira.

People from Tachira are Venezuelan, feel Venezuelan, and always want to be part of Venezuela. If not, ask the woman of the banned Spanish user Alfonso VIII, who is Tachirense.

And stop saying stupidities, LOTS and LOTS of non Andean Venezuelans are into the mestizo/harnizo/castizo/white range, and wouldn't stand out as darkie/triracials in Tachira and the rest of the Venezuelan Andes. And inversely, Andean Venezuelans wouldn't stand out in most of the rest of Venezuela either, because non Andean Venezuelans with mixtures like them are fairly common.

The only thing special of the Venezuelan Andes, is that it is the only Venezuelan region where almost everyone is into the mestizo/harnizo/castizo/white range, and there are almost no triracials compared to much of the rest of the country. That's it!
