Phew, that took a long time. With 648 MPs, I excluded those of foreign background (along with several Jews), those with no photo (for some reason all Sinn Fein members didn't have a photo) and those where eye colour was not visible for some reason giving me a total sample size of 532. Luckily the images on the official website were of excellent quality.
Results:
blue 46,2%
grey 21,8%
light mixed 8,1%
evenly mixed 7,9%
dark mixed 9%
brown 6,9%
In total 68% light eyes and 76,1% if you add light mixed. We must remember this includes all the UK so not just England. Scots and Northern Irish are probably a bit lighter eyed than the English, while Welsh are a bit darker eyed.
