They all mixeds in denial, but it is not something only """"typical""""" in the Dominican Republic, there are almost everywhere.

I can't see what the troll is saying but since he likes to troll DR's, trust me that this attitude is not common at all among us like he is probably trying to portray. Also no where in the sane mind of any Dominican brown, light or black someone like Silvernight or the dudes posted would be "white". Our idea of "white" is pretty much the same as the one on the rest of the islands. Fair-skinned harnizos would be blanco in the Caribbean context but if they have strong native features like chinky eyes and stuff we often call them "achinaos", "blanco achinaos" and sometimes trigueno claro. Chivo is a textbook jabao for our standards. Jabaos who dare to say they are "white" or blanco are bullied in DR. I can give you so many examples growing up. There was this girl in high school who was very pale with yellow hair and she would get pissed everytime she was called a jabao at school and her SSA were not even that strong. Mind you that this was in a very black part of the DR. The jabaos are seen as mixed pretty much.
