What’s the proper reaction to this behavior?

Hi everyone,

Recently over the course of several months, I participated online on a server and was just enjoying talking to different people. There was an older dude who asked me out, but I told him no in no uncertain terms.

He has asked me a few times to be his fuck buddy. He also started making sexual comments to me in front of others about my body, ranging from wanting to see my “bosom”, asking if I had a “big bootay” like Negroes, and if I knew how to twerk. It escalated to the point where he started referring to my private area as “sugar walls”.

My question is what is the appropriate response to behavior like this? I’m trying to sort it out in my head.

total ignore, what can you do other than that. if he's not a troll, he should understand it's not cool. if he's a troll, well, you cannot fight the trolls, they feed from that, I closed my fb because of trolls among my acquaintances, for example, I could not post anything without being trolled, so I just gave up (it also gave me more time for other stuff than scrolling randomly)

As long as you stay out of Discord servers it's fine. There's no such thing a server that you can speak to regularly online and always rely on. Maybe when you were a teenager, but not anymore. Adults are busy, they have responsibilities. They've already warned you against using it for privacy reasons.

What is the purpose of such servers anyway? For the lonely autists and swarthy cunts on TA to gossip over like women? Can you imagine how many isolated, lonely, mostly unsupervised manchildren are discovering that kind of online community? They don't have any other way to chat with people or get attention besides Discord or some anthroboard like this one.

There are lots of normal people in real world who don't show their real personality even to their friends, ten years ago people would hide their degeneracy out of fear they'd be kicked out of online communities. Now they can easily join a server or a forum that doesn't give a fuck and harass women (just like Mortimer on TA).

Ye, I started ignoring him now.

He was messaging me a couple days ago and telling me he’ll pray for me and I’m God’s daughter because other people started holding him accountable for his behavior. He was telling other people I’m acting like a victim and I deserve what I get. Uh, okay? Smh, I don’t understand trolls sometimes.

This makes sense. The issue being for me that the lockdown has made it difficult to regularly meet with people and talk. There used to be an art meet up I’d go to where people would meet at a coffee shop and draw together, but that’s been gone since 2020( thanks covid).

Needless to say, I’ve been using discord servers to communicate with people regularly. I would like to step out into the real world, but that’s out of my hands for now.

Well, that’s one way of looking at it. He mentioned wanting a mammy after asking if I had a big bootay, saying he wanted a mammy to take care of his every need. I’m not white, so it had this peculiar connotation to it. ^^;;;

It's quite obvious who it is (the 'word' bootay, the religious stuff, and the use of the word 'mammy' which only a socially inept White American southerner would say to someone). I'm shocked. I was convinced he was a closet homosexual. I guess bisexual makes more sense.

You need to tell him God doesn't approve, which will work for a little while, and when he starts up his weirdness again remind him that God doesn't approve, and he'll stop for a little while, and then start up again, etc. This person will always be a problem but only a minor problem because he's not a violent person who will show up at your door.

Whoever created the discord should just ban him, or he is kept around for the lolz?
