Ted was a visionary with some delusional romanticism of pre-industrial human societies. Although his philosophy has some deep flaws, his critic of our society, especially of the left and how it could never produce anything useful, is spot on.

A very interesting and important contribution to how satisfaction is achieved in humans. Everyone should take notice of the content.

(As for Kaczynski himself I'm convinced that this all was just a pretext for justifying in front of himself what he did. Wanting to do so was likely his driver, not the content of this manifesto. But that's another story.)

I dont agree with blowing up random innocent people though. If he had put the bombs inside a Tesla factory or a CIA building i would be much more open to his message.
I read his manifest and i liked it though.

For unspecified health reasons, at the end of 2021, Kaczynski was transferred to another prison in North Carolina. Kaczynski is serving 8 life sentences; in effect, he is serving a sentence of life without parole.
