It is him. He has unhealthy obsession/fetishization of Russia (and Germany). It's uncomfortable to read. But since he isn't completely dumb, with Chocolate_Hound account he will claim not all that Borealis claimed, sometimes even will oppose him.
Old tactics to confuse the audience and conceive your traces.

This sock even uses same terminology and exact rare phrases as Indian Borealis did.
