Now am I leftist...? It has nothing to do with left or right, but if anything it should be more a capitalist issue, with big pharmaceutical companies trying to push their drugs on the market. But that concerns all drugs, not only vaccines. In the end, we can only hope that the proper control agencies do their job and ensure that no useless or harmful drugs are sold to the public. On the whole I believe they do, I don't think you are proposing we stop using medicines, aren't you? Things are different with so called 'supplements', they are much less regulated and a lot of them are just snake oil.
