Russian troops in the northwest

25000-30000 troops are permanently placed on the Finnish and Estonian borders. Situations tell that they are there in a defensive purpose. Northern units are securing strategic north cap, to the south protecting St. Peterburg snd on the Estonian border either standing for Nato or may be also in a offensive purpose. A long part of border behind Southern Finland is empty.

Yep. they're not dumb at all.. that's in case NATO decides to counter attack (which I highly doubt unless they want a nuclear war).
