i recall that they dont treat foreign reporters and journalists well, there have been some general issues and even threats towards them, what you expect? countries like these or also qatar should not get the oppurtunity to host such events IMO, not aslong as they dont show they respect human rights.

I didn't saw it but in woman Big Air, the american who play for china took the gold.

Seems a lot of people representing china aren't really chineese.

Actually it's common for almost any nation. People often will move to a country that they'll have any easier time qualifying for, or because the nation offers better opportunities for training, etc...
