Why do White people have more "diversity" than other types of people?

White Europeans come in so many different flavors- almost as many as there are ice cream flavors in the world! The white race is very "diverse" with a wide range of eye colors, skin tones, and hair. I don't understand why diversity excludes white people. If anything, it's White people that are diverse, not the other types of people. I was wondering why there does seem to be more natural diversity among white Europeans than any other race? Maybe we should say we have all the "diversity" we need.

European women naturally have hair that is more brightly and diversely colored (Shekar et al., 2008; Steggerda, 1941). This is consistent with a need to attract prospective mates, since bright and/or novel colors are more likely to be noticed and remembered. Most alleles aren’t sex-linked, so this kind of sexual selection would have spilled over on to European men, changing their hair color as well (Frost, 2006; Frost, 2008).

All of this implies that ancestral European women faced a competitive mate market. At higher latitudes, too many women had to compete for too few men, especially among hunter-gatherers. On the one hand, hunting distances were longer on average, thus increasing male mortality. On the other, men were less polygynous because of the higher costs of provisioning women and their offspring, especially during winter. This excess of females over males in the mate market was greatest on the continental steppe-tundra that covered most of Europe during the last ice age. Northern Asia also had steppe-tundra, but only in arid regions farther north where human occupation was not continuous, particularly at the height of the last ice age (Frost, 2006; Frost, 2008).

I'm not a racist at all. It just seems like God took more extra time when He created the White race. The other races it's sort of like he said "whatever".

I actually laughed. An omnipotent being wouldn't be constrained by time.

This reminds me of a twitter post I saw once where the woman said even though people in the ME are brown that Jesus was probably White because God was his father. She was a Mormon and so that explained much.

You're reminding me of a thought that occurred to me long time ago as I was gazing at a crowd of pupils in an English grammar school: "Those kids are pale Nordics as well as dark Mediterraneans with all possible intermediate shades, without forgetting a generous share of gingers. Everyone is different, everyone is an easily identifiable individual. Now I know why modern individualism, parliamentary democracy and the rule of law had to be invented here and not elsewhere" (which actually applies to most of North-Western Europe, from France to Denmark).

Some people make weird associations based on their own personal baggage. Does Denmark have the same variety as, say, Poland or Hungary?

Thats true, but depending on region where the whites are from, there is more or less diversity, I mean in a place like finnland you wont find many darks, everyone is blonde and pale. Once I saw a double date two couples two males two females all were blonde and light eyed and I got scared of them. I guess whites are scared for the same reason of blacks.

They aren't, that's a very ethnocentric and subjective claim. Among other races: Somalis and even Kenyans are pretty distinct from Senegalese, Japanese are pretty distinct from Malays, Pakistanis are pretty distinct from Maldivians...
