Yes, her dad is from South America, mother from Finland (my country). We both speak fluid finnish as this is our native language.

she looks Scandinavian, without makeup it's very noticeable in her facial features. she looks especially Swedish

shes half finnish and half south american. She doesnt look scandinavian at all with those big dark eyes. Besides that she has fake eyebrows, possibly died hair and a ton of make up on. Its impossible to tell what she she really would look like without all of that. Still I didnt think she was NW Euro because her eyes are far too dark. Even brown eyed people in northern europe dont have eyes this dark.

Her eyes are 4-5 times bigger than mine. Definitely non European eyes.

not true, there's even olive-skinned Scandinavians (at least Norwegians, I personally knew one), but she looks Swedish, the girl in the OP. could also pass as French. her look may not be the most common, but it's still Nordish

Regarding her eyebrows and eyes.... her hair is pitch-black and would turn orange if bleached. The reason why her eyes are big, I think, because in Finland it's not uncommon to be mixed with uralians with mongolian blood. I noticed a lot of east-asians have huge dark brown eyes. This is just speculation ofc, but it could be worth mentioning.
