You're making up arbitrary arguments. Poland had colonised Prussian lands just after the WWII and was polonising Lithuanian, Belarussian and Ukrainian lands in interbellum, southern Ukraine and Crimea was colonised XIX and even early XX century, Czechs colonised Sudeten after the war, there were still Romance minorities in Yugoslavia in early XX etc. only real difference between Russia and all other Slavic states is that Russia became a great power during XVIII and XIX centuries.
